Merbella Studios is...

...a leading provider of high quality, completely custom, hyper realistic designer mermaid tails and fashion accessories. Each tail, a true work of art, begins as a detailed sketch from the talented mind of Raven Sutter. She then custom sculpts each tail element to create a truly one-of-a-kind piece, which is then cast in performance grade silicone and meticulously painted to flawlessly combine Raven's vision with each mermaid's desires.

Raven created her first mermaid tail at the young age of 8 and has spent all of her time since then continuously pushing design, materials and mermaids themselves to create the most lifelike and stunning mermaid tails and accessories. In addition to her work creating Merbella products, Raven also performs in her own tank along with the husband Tyler Sutter as part of The Live Mermaid Exhibit & Show.

Tyler Sutter is one half of the famous clown duo 20 Penny Circus, known for their work headlining Universal's Halloween Horror Nights as well as featuring prominently in the 2017 Ripley's Believe It Or Not! Book and commercials. Together with Raven, Tyler brings tails and accessories to life through his years of experience with molding and casting in a variety of state-of-the-art materials. His knowledge of materials can help Raven create a variety of effects from the way that tails move through the water to the type of paint used to shimmer in the sunlight.

Together, Raven and Tyler have created tails used by the Famous Weeki Wachee Mermaids in their annual calendars. They've created tails and acted in music videos, as well as providing tails, accessories, their personal tank and training to the acctress and stunt double in 2017's full length feature The Little Mermaid film.

Merbella Studios tails are completely swimmable and built to last for years of use either in performance, or simply to explore the sea. In addition to tails, Merbella Studios creates custom headdresses, sculpted silicone tops and accessories that can either be added to a tail, or worn by mermaids on land.
